Our trip started off with Mari's birthday party at her family's house, then we took an early train and started our 'wonderful journey'--basically there's this ticket that you can buy in the school break months and taking the JR Line you can use this ticket to go anywhere in Japan, only downside is that there are alot of other people doing the same thing and its a mad rush to see who gets the seats when you have connecting trains...not to mention the smell of humanity, ok not as bad as India or Africa but not fun when you've got a sensitive nose!
The trip was fun and something I've not done since having kids and getting married! Clubbing with friends was cool too, only we spent the better portion of the night drinking by the river and catching up on stuff!
Well, here are some pictures of us, at Jeff and Celeste, our night out and our fun outing at this Ramen place, they served monster servings at this place just thinking about it now is making me hungry, go figure!

You are teasing with that pic of the noodle feast. It looks so good. It is amazing how simple things are so far reaching into the soul and bring up such warm memories.
I's so glad you took some time off and had so much fun with wonderful people.
